Dr. Jyoti Patel is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and Integrative Medicine. She is an MBSR teacher & a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner. She was named one of the TOP DOCS in Phoenix Magazine, Healthcare Provider of the Year by her town's chamber of commerce and Internist of the Year by the American College of Physicians Arizona Chapter. She has a special interest in mindfulness, trauma healing, and holistic health.

Dr. Patel talks about a community garden that she started in her own community and how this provides people with the opportunity to learn, grow, enjoy gardening, and eat healthy.
