Nancy Buffington is a public speaking expert, coach, and a former English Professor. While teaching public speaking at Stanford, she discovered the transformative potential of face-to-face communication. After 20 plus years in academia, she left to become a public speaking trainer and developed a unique approach to helping people find their voices and share their stories. She's a TEDx speaker coach and trains executives who are ready to elevate and expand their influence through communication. You can find her at nancybuffington.net.

Today, Nancy joins us for the second episode in her series to discuss why it is important for us to create engaging content in our everyday lives. While most of us aren't keynote speakers or give TedX talks, content creation is important in so many more aspects of our lives. We dig into the idea of "starting with the core" through goals, audience, and situations. Nancy walks us through how to "find the story", create content, and practice delivery.
