Kathrine Kofoed is an ACE-certified health coach with a passion for plant-based nutrition and holistic wellness. She has completed a B.S. in Psychology and a B.S. in Biology from Washington State University, and she is one year into a two-year Master's in Science in Human Nutrition at the University of Copenhagen. Kathrine uses her blended background in psychology and nutrition to help her clients create long-term lifestyle change through healthy habits that stick. She emphasizes a food freedom approach to eating and living, and believes that our physical health should serve to empower us in all other facets of life.
